There is a new problem for Ivanhoe Mines and SouthGobi Resources which I tried to telegraph might be coming in my previous article based on heretofore unconfirmed rumors I had heard. I submitted my previous article at 5 pm April 15, 2012 and it was published at 2 am the following morning (New York time).
