ProactiveInvestors: Kincora Copper to acquire 100% of Golden Grouse, expands footprint in Mongolia

Kincora Copper said Thursday that it has agreed to acquire 100 percent of Golden Grouse, a subsidiary of Temujin Mining Corp.
