ProactiveInvestors: Kincora Copper inks preliminary deal for Mongolian licenses beside Bronze Fox

Kincora Copper reported Monday it has signed a tentative deal with privately-held Temujin Mining Corp. to acquire mineral exploration licenses in Mongolia. The Manlai licences rest on an east-west trending play off the Zuunbayan fault zone, and have a strike length of about 150 kilometres. Both licences enclose the Bronze Fox and Tourmaline Hills prospects. Kincora, which signed a letter of intent, said it will issue 35 million shares to acquire from Temujin all the shares of Golden Grouse, a Mongolian holding vehicle for the Manlai mineral licenses. The Manlai licenses adjoin Kincora’s Bronze Fox project in Mongolia. To read the full article, click hereKincora Copper inks preliminary deal for Mongolian licenses beside Bronze Fox
