Xinhua: Mongolian president proposes excluding portfolio of first deputy PM in new cabinet

Mongolian President Tsakhia Elbegdorj proposed on Friday that the portfolio of first deputy prime minister be excluded from the new cabinet, whose members he said should not be concurrently members of parliament.
